Welcome to Delving Into the Scriptures!

My goal for this site is to be Jesus Centered and Bible Focussed.

Grace alone, Faith alone, Scripture alone. It is by the Grace of God we are saved, through Faith alone, which has been revealed to us through the Scriptures. Hence the title – Delving into the Scriptures. Just as Martin Luther delved into the scriptures in the 1400′s, I pray I can continue in that tradition and find God in the same, powerful, way.

This site is mostly my personal reflection on the Bible and Christianity. For me, thinking through these thoughts and passages helps me to grow. Not just grow more in knowledge (which in the end is not very useful), but closer to God, but knowing Him more. I hope you can join me on that same journey!

God speaks to us through His Word!

I beleive through the Holy Spirit that God will guide me to what He would have me study and write about, and that this site would become an encouragement and future reference for all that seek Him. I pray that God will continue to work through me, and with me, to bring me closer to Him, and to be able to better bring His Word to the world.

So along with all of this, who am I? I’ve been married to Kerry since 1998, and we have two children. I’m into mainly reading, motorsport and my family. During business hours you will find me as an IT Manager….
